STRESS, CRACK, AND SHATTER RESISTANT FUSED SIGHTGLASS MEETS FDA, 3A, AND DIN SPECIFICATIONS

Papailias Incorporated offers a low profile design fused sightglass that meets FDA, 3A, and DIN specifications. These stress, crack, and shatter resistant units are high temperature and pressure resistant and provide enhanced drainability. Ideal for use in bioreactors, fermentors, processing vessels, storage tanks and mobile transport vessels, Papailias fused sightglass is manufactured and tested in conformance with A.D. standards series H.P. and A.D. Standard WO/TRD 100. Sightglass is fused to metal conforming to DIN 7079. All units are provided with full material traceability.

Constructed of borosilicate glass, the fused sightglass can be used in working temperatures to 586(F and pressure to 150 PSI. The ring material is duplex stainless steel (1.4462). Standard tube OD ranges from 1" to 4". 6" and 8" OD are available for special orders. Various light options are also available.
