LIGHTING FOR NONHAZARDOUS LOCATIONS UL 1571 LISTED

Series PL lighting units and MSL mini sight lights are UL 1571 listed for nonhazardous locations. They offer glare-free illumination of the interior of vessels, tanks, hoppers, and other normally enclosed containers. The PL Series features a high intensity halogen lamp for bright illumination; a built-in momentary on/off switch for energy savings and increased lamp life; a dusttight, watertight enclosure; and a cast aluminum housing. Lighting units mount to the upper sightglass flange, completely independent of process pressure/vacuum. They can be installed in combination with a circular sightglass or mounted on existing sightglass installations having the same viewing diameter.

The MSL mini sight light provides high intensity illumination for sightglasses and sight flow indicators. Manufactured in the USA from stainless steel, with gasketed joints, these fixtures are ideally suited for corrosive environments and sanitary applications found in the dairy, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Rated for 120 volts and 100 watts, the MSL offers a simple, straightforward wiring scheme. The fixture is optionally available rated for 24 volts and 20, 50, or 100 watts.
