STERILE FLOW INDICATORS ALLOW OBSERVATION OF FLUID FLOW IN ANY DIRECTION AND ARE IDEAL FOR HIGH PURITY APPLICATIONS

The Sterile Flow Indicator from Papailias Incorporated may be installed in any direction. Ideal for high purity applications, The Sterile Flow Indicator can be used to detect either the presence or absence of solutions, or it can be used to observe fluids for turbulence, color, or clarity. The Sterile Flow Indicator meets FDA and 3A specifications, can be sterilized, and is autoclavable. The unique O-Ring seal design minimizes bacteria traps and materials are fully traceable. Available in various configurations (clamp, weld, or flange), units are stress, crack, shatter, temperature, and pressure resistant.

Constructed of 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy®, the Sterile Flow Indicator features borosilicate or polsufone insert materials, EPMD, silicone, Viton®, or FEP jacketed gasket materials, and product contact surface RA<20 Micro Inch, 220 Grit EP. Maximum temperature and pressure ratings for borosilicate inserts are 100 psi @ 250ºF and 150 psi @ 70ºF. Polsufone inserts are rated 30 psi @ 250ºF, 100 psi @ 185ºF, and 150 psi @ 70ºF.
